Every complaint must get a docket number by SMS. Keep it — you need it to appeal.
- Operator's Appellate Authority
Under TRAI rules, if the complaint is not resolved in time you can appeal to the operator's Appellate Authority within 30 days. The contact is on the operator's website. TRAI itself does not handle individual complaints.
