- Complain to RuPay Card first
Call 18002678729 or use the email / complaint link above. Always note the complaint or ticket number — every later step asks for it.
- Bank's Principal Nodal Officer
If customer care does not resolve it, write to the bank's grievance / Principal Nodal Officer (details are on the bank's website) and keep the reference number.
- RBI Ombudsman (Integrated Ombudsman Scheme)
If the bank does not reply within 30 days or you are not satisfied, complain free of cost to the RBI Ombudsman. File within 1 year of the bank's reply. Helpline 14448.
