Call 022-6888 2347 or use the email / complaint link above. Always note the complaint or ticket number — every later step asks for it.
- Level 1 – Grievance Officer
- Company's Grievance Redressal Officer
Lenders regulated by RBI must publish a grievance officer. Escalate to them in writing and keep the complaint number.
- RBI Ombudsman
NBFCs and payment companies regulated by RBI are covered too. If there is no reply within 30 days or you are not satisfied, complain at the RBI portal or call 14448.
